We have created this website so that estate agents and private owners can advertise their rental properties in Bulgaria. We are expanding our database of rental properties across Bulgaria. If you have a rental property and want to advertise with us, just follow these simple steps:

1. Register on the site.
2. Add your property or properties with our online form (ensuring you are logged in), remembering to add your photos to.
3. Check your adverts are appearing on varnarentals.com as you want them to, and edit them in your admin area if you want to make any changes.
4. We will contact you for payment, which will be based on €39 per property, as a private owner - or €199 if you are an estate agent advertising multiple properties.
5. Your property/ies will be advertised for 12 months PLUS a bonus 3 months for free (15 months in total).

We provide the facility for owners/agents to add their own properties and manage them directly. Owners/agents receive email enquiries directly, giving you the chance to deal with rental enquiries wherever you are in the world.

We know how difficult it can be to find private accomodation in Bulgaria, as those sites that do offer rental properties usually present a small choice. Our goal is to become the main portal for advertising rental properties in Bulgaria - allowing you to find rental acommodation that suits your needs. We also offer rental accomodation that is ideally suited for viewing trips in Bulgaria, for those of you looking to buy a holiday home or investment.
