We have created this website so that estate agents and private owners can advertise their rental properties in Bulgaria for FREE. We are expanding our database of rental properties across Bulgaria. If you have a rental property and want to advertise with us, just follow these simple steps:

1. Register on the site.
2. Add your property or properties with our online form (ensuring you are logged in), remembering to add your photos to.
3. Check your adverts are appearing on varnarentals.com as you want them to, and edit them in your admin area if you want to make any changes.

We provide the facility for owners/agents to add their own properties and manage them directly. A copy of each enquiry will be emailed to you from Varnarentals.com, and you simply need to reply to Varnarentals.com to let us know if its available for the requested dates. We will then reply to the enquiry on your behalf.

Commission for bookings

Property owners and agents - If we get you a booking, we take a 10% commission of the rental price for short term rentals. If we get you a booking for a long term client, then we take a 50% commission of the first months rent.
