Effective from May 1st, 2009, we welcome property owners and investors to advertise their Bulgarian rental properties on our website for FREE.  When we get a booking for your property, we have introduced a 10% commission for a short-term booking and 50% of the first months rent for a long term booking; payable to Varnarentals upon receipt of the deposit from the tenant.

We also welcome estate agents to advertise their rental properties with us -  for FREE.   A commission is payable to Varnarentals only when you receive a booking on a listing. The commission payable is 10% for a short-term booking, and 50% of the first months rent for a long-term booking - again, payable on receipt of the deposit from the tenant.

You will get your own management area where you can upload your property details and photos - and we provide information on the number of times people view your property and keep a count of the number of enquiries that are sent to you.

We will email you details about each rental enquiry - and you simply need to reply to us as soon as possible letting us know if your property is available.  We will then contact the enquirer on your behalf.

We are constantly improving our search rankings on the main search engines, like Google - and will also be advertising Varnarentals.com in other publications.

We are based in Varna, Bulgaria - but we will advertise properties all over Bulgaria, no matter where your property is based.  If you dont see your region in our region setting - dont worry, we will add any new regions required.

** HOW TO REGISTER **

1. To register, click on the Register here option on our main page - located in the Property Owner section on the left hand side.

2. You will be asked to provide your personal information.  Here, just fill in your personal details.  Please DO NOT enter your property details here.

3. After you have completed the registration you will receive an email confirming your registration.  If you do not receive an email please contact us and we shall resolve any problems that arise.

4. Then, to add properties, you simply log in to the Property Owner section on the left hand side of our main page, entering your email address and the password you selected when you registered.

5. You can then add new properties by choosing the Add new offer option. Dont forget to add your photos to.  You can then check your advert on the varnarentals.com website.
