This website provides you with the facilities to add and manage your own properties. You can advertise your rental propery on our site for FREE. Just select the Regsiter Here option on the left hand side to register, and then add your property.

When uploading your property details we ask you to fill in as much detail as possible, and if you have the option of providing long term rental, please include details of this in the property description. When uploading photographs, please try to keep to a maximum of 6 photos, and upload JPEG format pictures.

We are constantly reviewing our position on the search engines and strive to improve our positioning, to ensure that your property gets the best advertising coverage possible.

Our website is also under constant revision to provide new features to both property owners, such as yourself and to potential clients, looking for property to rent in Bulgaria.

You can also add and manage rental properties on behalf of your customers. Upload as many rental properties as you want for FREE. You can get started straight away by registering, and adding your properties.

Commission for bookings

By registering with Varnarentals.com and advertising your rental properties on our site, you agree to pay Varnarentals.com a commisison if we are successful in getting a booking for your rental property.

If we get you a short term booking, we take a 10% commission of the rental price. [Short term = This is based on you charging a nightly rate.]

If we get you a booking for a long term client, then we take a 50% commission of the first months rent. [Long term = This is based on you charging a monthly rate.]

Varnarentals.com will manage the booking deposit, which in most cases will be 30% of the booking. Upon receiving the deposit, we shall organise the payment to you, minus our fees - but any bank fees involved should you choose a bank transfer, will need to be paid by you (both sending/receiving fees). The final payment will then be your responsibility to take in cash, or by bank transfer or other means such as Paypal payment. If you would like Varnarentals.com to manage the handling of the final payment then we would be happy to do this, on the basis that you will take the cost of any bank fees involved, or other fees if using Paypal etc.

Clients

For those of you looking for property on Varnarentals.com, we would like to point out that all the property details are provided directly by the owners or agents of the property concerned.

Each owner may have different payment requirements and you should always seek to get clarification on how you can pay for the rental.
It is quite common that an owner request an initial deposit if you are booking more than 4 weeks before your visit - and to request the final payment between 2 - 4 weeks before your visit. Some owners will also request a damage deposit, which is to cover any accidental damage caused during your stay, and is refunable at the end of your stay.

Cancellation details will vary between owners. But normally, once the booking has been confirmed (30% deposit) this is not refundable, in case you cancel within 4 weeks of arrival. In the event you arrive at a property and do not like it, or are unable to stay at the property, owners would typically not be able to offer a refund. However, you should seek clarification before booking the property.

You should also be aware that owners are able to provide different levels of service. These are indicated in the Property facilities section of a propertys details. For example, some owners can organise airport pickups. Again, if you are in any doubt, please clarify this with the owner.

When you send a rental enquiry dont forget to fill in the verification code shown (usually a combination of letters, or letters and numbers). You will receive a response once we have checked the availailability with the owner.

Varnarentals aims to provide clients with a choice of rental accomodation in Bulgaria. Since we allow owners/agents to add their properties and details directly to our database, unfortunately we are unable to accept any liability for the condition of the property or any rental undertaking that you make. If you do, however, have a bad experience with one of the properties we would ask you to contact us - preferably by email, with the details of your complaint so that we can either try to resolve the matter with the owner, or prevent other people from going through the same experience.
